32 answers to the questions teams ask about Karma AI.
Karma AI is a daily AI work companion that helps every person understand what needs to be done, record what was achieved, identify what is pending, get help when blocked, and keep the whole team synchronized.
No. Karma AI is built around the idea that “AI is helping me complete my work better,” not “AI is watching me.” Its purpose is clarity, assistance, transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement — with a productivity score as just one supporting metric, never the goal.
Every morning Karma AI gives you clarity: what was pending yesterday, what is due today, what your manager asked for, which project or module needs attention, and what approvals or documentation are still pending.
Your EOD report covers work completed, work in progress, pending work, blockers and communication — along with evidence like screenshots, files and documents. Karma AI turns it into a professional report and asks intelligent follow-up questions.
Start with a 30-day pilot on one team, gather feedback from employees, leads, managers and management each week, and let Karma AI improve its questions, summaries and workflows from that feedback.
Yes. You can ask how to solve a problem, what documentation is required, what was done last time for the same issue, who owns a dependency, or whether your work report is complete.
No. Managers receive a short AI-generated summary instead of reading everything, so they can focus on coaching, decisions, removing blockers and prioritization.
Yes. If you reported “API 70% complete yesterday,” Karma AI asks today what the current status is — so pending work is surfaced early, before it becomes a project problem.
Yes. You can provide rough information in English, Hindi, Gujarati, or another supported language, and the AI converts it into a professional report.
It makes work visible, highlights cross-team dependencies, identifies blockers early, improves handovers, and preserves organizational knowledge so hard-won solutions are never lost.
Any format — documents, images, screenshots, spreadsheets, archives — and you can even upload an entire folder at once. Evidence is cross-checked so work is verified, not just self-declared.
The score is computed across up to 10 parameters — including task completion, evidence, documentation, communication, timeliness and AI response quality. It is one supporting metric, never the goal.
Every completed task becomes a searchable article — problem, solution and root cause. Hard-won solutions are never lost when people leave, and the whole company learns from each win.
AI daily review and summaries, smart question bank, follow-up questions, document generation, anomaly detection, silent-employee alerts, workload insights and an always-on AI assistant.
Yes. Blockers, at-risk commitments, repeated delays and overdue tasks are surfaced automatically, so managers act early instead of after escalation.
Super Admin, Admin, Reporting Manager, HR, Executive and Employee — each with role-based access, approvals and tailored dashboards.
Company-level dashboards, trends, project and risk visibility, and the ability to ask the AI what changed, why, and what needs attention.
A Super Admin can reset any user's password from Admin → Users by clicking Reset and setting a new password. Reporting Managers can reset passwords for their own team members from the Team page. The user is signed out everywhere and must sign in again with the new password.
An Admin or Super Admin can delete an employee from Settings → Employees by clicking the trash icon. This permanently removes their login account, devices, sessions, reports and chat history, so use it carefully.
Tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit logs, secure sessions and encrypted passwords by design. Data is kept private per company.
