Pricing Policy

Clear, transparent terms for the Karma AI platform subscription.

₹999 / employee / month

Minimum monthly billing ₹25,000 · includes 1M DeepSeek tokens per employee/month (≈ $4–5 USD of AI per user).

1. License Fee

Karma AI is licensed at ₹999 per employee per month.
Minimum monthly billing is ₹25,000 per company.
Volume discounts are available for larger teams; contact us for enterprise pricing.

2. Included AI Tokens

Each employee includes 1,000,000 (1M) DeepSeek tokens per month within the ₹999 subscription — approximately $4–5 USD of AI per user.
Beyond the included allowance, AI consumption continues on your own company API key and is billed by the AI provider as per actual usage.

3. Supported AI Providers

Claude, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, and ChatGPT / OpenAI.
You may bring your own API key for any supported provider.

4. Hosting Options

Cloud Hosting — Karma AI hosted on our cloud infrastructure; included as per the selected plan.
Own Server — deploy on your own infrastructure; server, infrastructure and deployment charges are extra, as per actual cost.

5. Billing & Payment

Subscription is billed monthly per active employee.
White-label and enterprise deployments may be billed annually.
Payment terms are agreed at onboarding; late payments may suspend access.

6. Cancellation & Changes

You may add or remove employees with notice; billing adjusts to the active employee count.
Cancellation requires notice as per the agreement; data export is available on request.

7. Third-Party Charges

Third-party infrastructure and AI-provider charges are separate from the Karma AI license fee and are payable additionally, based on actual usage.
